Bull dose them all down, there is no way you can fix this mess up. Pay out the condo owners for their condos and be done with it. Then all the insurance companies can go after all the ones who build the condo to everyone involved in the construction. No one is going to purchase these now and who will feel safe living there now. Do a favour and bull dose her down.
I hope it isn’t anywhere near as severe as that. They’ve been dealing with legal issues for years, this adds to the dilemma.
